Frequently asked questions
What counts as a bullet point?
A line that starts with -, *, +, •, ‣, ◦, – or a number such as 1., 1) or (1), followed by a space. Indented items count too. A hyphen inside a sentence is never treated as a bullet, so ordinary prose passes through unchanged.
Can it turn a paragraph into bullet points?
Yes. Set the direction above the editor to bullet points. Each sentence becomes its own item prefixed with a hyphen, and common abbreviations such as e.g., i.e., Dr. and etc. do not split a sentence in half.
Does it rewrite the wording?
